The site is a constantly evolving educational platform and provides you resources for easier acquisition of geographical knowledge. You will find here descriptions and discussions on geographical topics, downloadable resources (kml files, worksheets, mute maps, etc.), web games and geographical maps that can be purchased from the "shop" section of the site.
2. Purpose, method of collection and storage of personal data
Your personal data may be collected by us for the creation of a user account, communication, marketing and advertising. You provide this data by filling in dedicated forms.
The storage of the data provided through online forms is done in conditions of maximum security. This data will not be transmitted to any other economic entity or private person outside geogra.org, unless you expressly request it.
Another category of data are those collected through cookies, which you can read about in the cookie policy section .
3. What data is collected and stored?
There are three types of situations in which your personal data may be collected by the geogra.org website:
a. When creating a user account . The following are collected:

- Email Address
b. When completing the user profile, the following data can be collected optionally, if you wish:
- Name and surname
- Phone number and email address
- Date of birth
- Address
- The school you study at

c. By filling in contact forms or requesting product samples
In these situations the personal data filled in by you are kept for a period of 12 months and will be used for the purposes and in accordance with the conditions specified in each form and accepted by you when submitting the form.

- The right to information , respectively the right to receive details regarding the processing activities performed by geogra.org, as described in this document.
- Right of access to data - you have the right to request and obtain confirmation from geogra.org regarding the processing of personal data. You can access the data through the "User data" section (https://geogra.org/ro/admin/profile/edit/), or have access to it upon request by email.
- The right to rectification, respectively the right to obtain the rectification by geogra.org of inaccurate data, as well as the completion of incomplete data. You can rectify your data through the
"User data" section (https://geogra.org/ro/admin/profile/edit/), or following the request by email. - The right to erasure of data ("the right to be forgotten") , provided that the conditions provided by law are met. It is possible that, following the request to delete the data, geogra.org will anonymize this data (thus depriving it of personal character) and continue in these conditions the processing for statistical purposes.
- The right to data portability , namely: (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and easy-to-read format, (ii) the right to have personal data transmitted to another company. Requests can be made by email.

- The right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision , ie the right not to be the subject of a decision taken solely on the basis of automatic processing activities.
